"No Mediums"

Joseph of the Bible dreamed many dreams {Genesis 37}
No wonder the book of Genesis is my favorite book of the Bible and as a Christian I always shied away from things that seemed as though it may be attached to the Occult like Witches, Warlocks, Necromancers, and Mediums

Mediums, what does that mean? I didn’t know and didn’t want to find out, but lately I had become an Avid Watcher of the Show ‘Medium’, the name alone was almost enough to keep me away, and I had successfully done so but one day as I was scanning through channels trying to find something to watch this show called” Medium” caught my attention and although I was a little leery of the name I decided to put my fears aside and watch. By the time I had finished watching the series my mouth was open with shock, Although a lot of the show was embellished for dramatic effect I knew that the person behind this material knew a little something about dreaming and coming from a family of Dreamers or in our case Night Visionaries I could so relate and it was the closes thing to watching my family on screen.

My Mother was the first Dreamer of the Family and As far back as I could remember I my three sisters and brother would all take Notice when my Mother would have a dream, now you may say a dream is just a dream, but when my Mother would dream it was not just a dream, and as she would recite them back to us there was something in her voice that would let us know that this was different This was no laughing matter, I’m not sure if we always took our Mother’s dreams seriously but when I was sixteen years old my Mother had a dream and after that I started paying closer attention, I will tell you about it later.

I could always remember having dreams but after I become a born again believer my dreams took on a less Carnel meaning and a more spiritual meaning, almost prophetic in nature this happened with my sister as well. I always believed my Mother’s dreams were a spiritual gift from G-d and I still do, but I also believe that dreaming can also be passed down almost like a Dream Gene or Vision Gene, whatever you want to call it but as we grew older and started having children of our own and they too started dreaming I knew it was more to it than that.

I begin taking mental notes of the Johnson Family dreams, mostly my Mothers my Sisters and Myself, but I hadn’t realized I had so much in my head until I started trying to write them down. I first tried to facebook them then I tried to twitter them, but they were too long, too involved and so much more to recite than I could possibly squeeze into such a small forum, but with an Article I could share with you the World of Night Visions and everything it entails according to my experiences, so I share with you “Here Comes this Dreamer Now”.

I hope you will be intrigued, Maybe even become a little more spiritual, you may laugh you may cry but most of all you will gain knowledge. G-d reveals secrets to his servants, and I hope to reveal a little bit about the spiritual World as G-d has revealed to us through dreams. Now for that dreamed I promised; this first dream is dedicated to my late Mother Dorothy Johnson June-(1936—Nov 2009) it is also her dream

My mother was sitting in church waiting for the services to start and the Pastor of The church at the time says over the loud speaker “ everyone please kneel down and pray something is about to happen” Something about the urgency in his voice caused my mother alarm to the point that she ferverently went into prayer, and while she was praying suddenly someone interrupted her prayer with a tap on the shoulder and she turned and looked up to a tall dark skinned man and he said to her “you can stop praying now it has happened.” She immediately woke up.I recall my mother being worried and in prayer for days behind these types of dreams, but more importantly I recalled when one week later my mother received the call from my Aunt who lived in Memphis that their sister My Aunt Jo’s son had died suddenly in a car Accident.

Later my mother recalled in that same dream the tall man who tapped her on the shoulder in church was her nephew Joe Andrew whom had died.

I don’t know about you but it made my hair stand on end…

I call these types of dreams “death dreams”; they are very sobering, even for the whole family. Talk about a way to keep your kids in line. Although I’m quite sure my mother wasn’t dreaming to keep her kids in line but after having 5 kids this kind of gift sure gave her a lot of leverage. But I still prayed to G-d that I would never have such dreams, although I have had what I call ‘death comfort dreams’ (dreams of comfort following the death of a loved one or close friend}
After my Mother died I was somewhat disappointed that I had not had a death comfort dream but my niece Cari had, I realized that she needed it more since my Mother had raised her and her sister from babies she took her death very hard so after she recited this dream to the family it was very comforting to everyone, I will end my Blog on a happy note by reciting her dream:

In this dream my niece is in a room and she’s waiting to get married and in walks my mother She’s beautiful, not sick like we last saw her My mother is wearing a white dress her makeup and hair is immaculate she looks healthy and happy, my niece exclaims ‘Grandma “She says to my niece “don’t worry about a thing baby this was meant to be” my niece than says” I love you grandma and my Mother says I love you Cari and she then hugs and kisses her and hands my niece a white flower.

In later Blogs I will talk about the different types of dreams, interpretation of dreams, symbols in dreams and gifts that follow dreams, mission dreams and many more, I hope you will eventually trust me enough to tell me some of your night visions. Of course I will give you examples of the never-ending dream sequences of the Johnson Family. I will recite the dreams of myself my mother sisters, nieces, nephews and my son. And hope you follow me as I also learn and gain knowledge in the Secret world of Dreams
